Kesteren Freight Partners was founded by two ex-carrier planners who were tired of watching small shippers get bumped for bigger accounts. We only take on clients we can actually give attention to.

How we work

Every account has a named planner who books the freight and chases it if something goes wrong — not a shared inbox. We keep a short list of vetted hauliers and short-sea operators rather than auctioning every load to the cheapest bidder.

Who we work with

Small and mid-sized importers and manufacturers moving between 2 and 40 loads a month across the Benelux, Germany, France and the UK.

Team

Six people, all based in our Rotterdam office: three planners, one customs specialist, and two in operations who track shipments and handle documentation.
